2. Notice on Laoshan Scenic Spot Preferential Policies for Special Groups 

(1) Senior citizen over 60 years of age (including 60 years of age) with valid certificates enjoys free admission to the scenic spots, half price discount on sightseeing bus tickets. The valid certificates include: ID card, household register, certificate of retirement, senior citizen preferential treatment card, new social security card (with passport photo and ID card information), passport, driver's license, mainland travel permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents (age is calculated according to the year, month and day of the Gregorian calendar, starting from the second day of the birth). 

(2) Disabled people with disability certificates enjoy free admission and parking in scenic spot, no discount for sightseeing bus tickets. One accompanying person of people with severe disabilities (first and second degree disabilities) or people with visual disabilities enjoy the same preferential treatment. 
(3) Active servicemen of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the Chinese Armed Police Force with their officer certificates, civilian cadre certificates or soldier certificates, cadets of military academies with their cadet certificates, veterans of the Red Army with their discharge papers, disabled servicemen with their disabled servicemen certificates, retired army cadres with their certificates of retirement or other valid certificates enjoy free admission to the scenic spot, no discount on sightseeing bus tickets. 
(4) Children under 6 years of age (including 6 years of age) or under 1.4 meters of height (including 1.4 meters) enjoy free admission to the scenic spot, free ride of the sightseeing buses and cableways.

(6) The key recipients of regular government subsidies with permanent residence in Qingdao, including survivors of martyrs, survivors of servicemen died on duty, survivors of servicemen died of illness, veterans returning home with illness, veterans participated in war and veterans participated in nuclear testing with valid certificates enjoy half-price discounts on admission tickets to the scenic spot, no discount on sightseeing bus tickets.
