City Art Gallery

Qingdao City Art Gallery, located on the 2nd floor of the Publishing Mansion of Laoshan District, is a professional art gallery mainly engaged in art publishing, art exhibition, and artwork trading. With nearly 700 m2 of exhibition halls, an exhibition line of 135m, and advanced facilities, the gallery has successfully held a number of high-end art exhibitions, lectures, and academic conferences, including “Post-40s to Post-80s: Contemporary Calligraphy Exhibition”, “Exhibition of Contemporary Russian Paintings”, “Exhibition of Classical European Oil Paintings of the 19th Century”, and “Exhibition of Ink Paintings of Du Dakai”. Therein, the “Qingdao Watercolor Art Gallery Series Project” launched in March 2016 won the special funds for cultural system reform and integrative media development of Qingdao, which exerted extraordinary influence in the industry. With 700 m2 of high-end art exhibition halls and 135 m of exhibition line, equipped with the master studio, tea room, comprehensive conference hall, etc., Qingdao City Art Gallery can hold lots of arts and cultural activities such as opening ceremony, exhibition and demonstration, lecture and forum, and artist creation.
