So Book Cultural Industry Park

With a construction area of 22,000 m2 and a usable area of 13,000 square meters, the Qingdao So Book Cultural Industry Park is a cultural and creative incubation base with the theme of "innovation, entrepreneurship and maker" and strives to build "one entrance and multi-type of business, one base and multi-space, and one off-line and multi-online". The cultural and creative incubation base consists of three leading sections: cultural space, educational space and maker space, involving cultural creativity, books, science and technology, animation development, new community, education, Chinese studies, music, art and other type of business. Up to now, the base has attracted more than 50 entrepreneurial entities and studios, employed more than 400 full-time and part-time employees. The park successively held more than 1500 various events including entrepreneurial forums, cultural lectures and salons, performances, exhibitions and roadshows; organized entrepreneurial mentors to carry out five entrepreneurial guidance activities; regularly held workshops on labor security policies, entrepreneurial support policies and brand building seminars. Strategic cooperation has been reached with Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Shandong University of Finance and Economics and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. The So Book Cultural and Creative Incubation Base has also built 7 crowdfunding entrepreneurship projects in the form of crowdfunding, which link more than 450 shareholders. The So Book bookstore in So Book Cultural Industry Park is rated as "China's Top Ten Most Beautiful Bookstores", serving more than 800,000 people. The cultural and creative incubation base with the theme of "innovation, entrepreneurship and maker" has settled in more than 40 business entities, with 7 crowdfunding projects in operation and a survival rate of 100%. In 2018, So Book Chengyang Store and Shilaoren Store were opened successively. Currently, the direct investment with Qingdao Jufeng Technology Venture Investment Co., Ltd is under discussion.
